## What these levels mean

- **Operational**: Working normally.
- **Degraded**: Working, with reduced performance or a partial failure. Requests may be slower than usual or a subset of them may fail.
- **Outage**: Not working. Requests to this component are expected to fail until it recovers.
- **Unknown**: No reading is available for this component. That's not a report of an outage and not an all-clear.
